Questions people ask first
Can we keep using Outlook?
Yes. Mailboxes work with Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and the mail apps on iPhone and Android. There is also a webmail login for when you are away from your own computer.
Is this really an alternative to Microsoft 365?
For email, calendar and contacts, yes. You get large mailboxes, spam filtering, shared calendars and a platform built for uptime. What you do not get is Word, Excel, Teams or SharePoint. If you need those, keep them only for the people who use them and put everyone else on Business Email.
Can different people be on different plans?
Tell us who needs what when you ask for a quote. A director with fifteen years of mail and a site foreman who sends ten messages a week rarely need the same mailbox.
What happens to our mail if we leave?
It is your mail. We export your mailboxes or help your next provider move them. No hostage-taking.
Who looks after the servers?
We do, through a fully managed cloud platform. Monitoring, patching, filtering and delivery reputation are handled for you. You will never be asked to restart a mail server.
